Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, with helpful amenities like a shower dispenser for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The service was nice overall, although there was a bit of a delay in getting some information. The location was very convenient, particularly for travelers using the airport. The dining experience was average, with some room for improvement in the breakfast options. Facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
The hotel was under construction, but my room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The staff was a mix of super friendly and professional, though a bit confusing about deposits. The location was convenient for local destinations and the Wells Fargo Arena. The dining options were limited, starting late at 6am, but the service was excellent. Overall, a decent stay with some minor issues to consider.
Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready despite prior assurance, and the bathroom was tiny. However, the hotel's atrium design, connected via a hallway with a coffee prep station and closet, was interesting. The service was friendly, with efforts to compensate for an alarm issue but minor inconveniences regarding staff changes. The location, while very convenient and ideal for families, lacked some expected amenities. The dining experience was average, with undercooked eggs at the buffet, and the facilities were acceptable. The price offered some value, but improvements could be made in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big and comfortable, but there was an issue with the reservation not matching. Additionally, experiencing flea bites in one room was a major downside for us. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness. While they were quick to bring things we asked for, some staff members were unprofessional. The location, though relaxing, had its issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the bar, but some areas needed improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, offering comfortable chairs, a work space, and a very comfortable bed. Although there were some lights that didn't work, it wasn't a major issue as my stay was only for one day. The hotel can be likened to a Marriott but with some superior features like having a fridge for personal use, which was convenient for storing my own drinks.
